How much can I make ?

The more traffic you pass through your stores the more you will make. We pay you a commission on all sales

How can I track sales and commissions from my stores ?

In the signup process you are given a unique user ID and password to sign into the secure webmasters area. Once logged in you can manage and change your store configurations and account information, check real time status of your orders and the commissions and statistics generated by your store(s).

How much does it cost ?

There is no cost to become a Web-X affiliate.  We pay you a commission on all sales generated from you store.

Do I need to have my own website ?

You need a registered domain name and a hosting company to maintain at least a splash page. Traffic needs to come from your marketing efforts. We leave that up to you. However maintaining web pages that can be indexed by search engines is one way to garner traffic. The shopping cart itself is not indexed by search engines.

How often do you pay ?

Checks are issued on the 10th of each month for the proceeding month. Your commissions are calculated from the first day of the month to last day of the month.  We have a $50.00 minimum check writing policy. If your commissions do not total $50.00 for the month, your commissions will be held to the following month or until they total $50.00.

Do I need to have my own merchant account ?

No. All billing is done by Web-X Internet Marketing LLC. The customer will receive a invoice with your store name and information stating that there credit card will be billed by Web-X Internet Marketing LLC..

Can I have more than one website ?

You can set your store up however you want. If you want to build one store, and send traffic from multiple sites to that store, great! If you prefer to have a separate store for each of your sites, go ahead. As an Xstores webmaster, you have the freedom to do whatever you please with your store

What is a CNAME or alias ?

A CNAME is simple a pointer that directs traffic from your website to your Xstore shopping cart. When you create your account with Xstores you will go through a store creation menu that will help you customize your store. Part of that process is creating a name that will be put in front of your domain name (Example: store,mall,shop). If your domain name was mydomain.com then your CNAME could be store.mydomain.com or mall.mydomain.com, what ever you choose. Once you pick a name we will give you a short piece of code that you will send to your hosting (ISP) company. They will enter this into your DNS record for your domain name and your store will be live. If you need any help with this contact us and we will be glad to help.

Yes. We ship all over the world. There are some areas that we will not ship to due to high levels of fraud and other restrictions.

How are my customers billed and will they be calling me if there are any problems ?

Your customers can pay for their purchases using all major credit cards, money orders or personal checks. Your customers are directed to forward all questions pertaining to their orders to our customer service department in California. This offers you a hassle free situation - customers talk to us regarding their orders without having to bother you. We offer a highly qualified Customer Service Team including Product Specialists who will be able to answer any questions you customer may have.
